These Terms of Service govern your use of Cric Scorer Pro, including our mobile applications, websites, live scoring, live streaming, workspaces, tournaments, highlights, public match pages, and related services. By using Cric Scorer Pro, you agree to these Terms.
You may use Cric Scorer Pro for lawful cricket scoring, team management, statistics, match sharing, live streaming, highlights, and related purposes. You are responsible for information and content you create, upload, broadcast, record, publish, or share through the service.
Some features may let you join workspaces or connect third-party accounts such as YouTube or Facebook. You must have authority to use the account, channel, Page, team, venue, camera, or other connected resource. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their terms, policies, limits, and eligibility requirements.
When you start a live broadcast, Cric Scorer Pro may transmit video, audio, score graphics, match information, device/network diagnostics, and stream-control data to destinations you select, including Cric Scorer Pro infrastructure, YouTube, Facebook Pages, or supported RTMP/RTMPS destinations. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to record or broadcast players, spectators, minors, venues, commentary, music, logos, copyrighted works, or other people and material.
You must not secretly record or stream where consent is legally required. You must comply with venue rules, league rules, safeguarding requirements, privacy laws, intellectual-property laws, and platform policies that apply to your broadcast.
Live streaming is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee a particular resolution, frame rate, bitrate, latency, audio quality, uptime, viewer count, recording completeness, or uninterrupted connection. Automatic quality may reduce resolution or frame rate when network or device conditions require it.
Broadcasts may be interrupted, delayed, buffered, degraded, disconnected, or unavailable because of poor or changing internet connectivity, Wi-Fi congestion, mobile carrier conditions, device overheating or thermal throttling, low battery or power-saving behavior, operating-system restrictions, camera/microphone interruptions, server maintenance or overload, CDN/relay problems, DNS/routing failures, third-party API changes, platform outages, account restrictions, copyright systems, or other technical events.
You should monitor important broadcasts, keep the device powered and ventilated, use a stable internet connection, and keep a backup recording or alternative broadcast method when continuity is critical.
Live passes, streaming minutes, subscriptions, or other paid live features provide access to the applicable service entitlement; they are not a guarantee that every attempted broadcast will remain uninterrupted. Streaming time may be measured by our server-side records where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, a temporary interruption, buffering event, quality reduction, device/network failure, third-party platform failure, or broadcaster-side issue does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund or replacement of consumed streaming time. Refund requests remain subject to applicable law and, where a purchase was made through Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's refund rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
Live video, audio, scorecards, team names, player information, comments, images, match news, highlights, and other material submitted or broadcast by users may constitute user-generated content (UGC). You retain ownership of your content, but grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, moderate, and deliver it to operate the features you request and keep the service safe.
We have zero tolerance for illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, harassing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content, including content that endangers or exploits children. We may remove or restrict content, suspend live access, limit accounts/devices/workspaces, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
Viewers may use available reporting tools to flag live streams or other content. Reports may include the content identifier, selected reason, optional details, technical metadata, and anti-abuse information. We may review reports and take appropriate action. Repeated false, malicious, or abusive reporting is prohibited.
Where blocking or hiding controls are available, they may prevent a reported broadcaster or content source from being shown on that device or account. A local hide/block does not necessarily remove the content for other users. Urgent safety or legal concerns can also be sent to support@cricscorer.net.
Highlights, replays, recordings, posters, AI-assisted match news, or similar outputs may depend on the availability and integrity of source media and match data. Generation can fail or be incomplete if source video is missing, corrupt, interrupted, expired, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
YouTube, Google, Facebook/Meta, Apple, Google Play, hosting/CDN providers, and other integrations are independent services. We do not control their availability, moderation decisions, API quotas, copyright checks, account eligibility, monetization, stream processing, or policy enforcement. A third-party platform may reject, stop, mute, block, remove, or restrict a broadcast independently of Cric Scorer Pro.
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other approved payment systems. Prices, renewals, cancellations, taxes, family sharing, and refunds may be governed by the payment provider. Features and reasonable technical limits may change as the service evolves.
We may restrict or suspend access, live streaming, public sharing, workspaces, or other functionality when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, respond to reports, protect users or infrastructure, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, comply with platform rules, or satisfy legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cric Scorer Pro is provided without warranties that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular event. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet/service outages, device failures, third-party platform actions, unauthorized user content, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Our handling of personal information, live-stream metadata, moderation reports, and connected-platform data is described in our Privacy Policy. Facebook-related deletion instructions are available on our Facebook Data Deletion page.
We may update these Terms as Cric Scorer Pro changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or website when appropriate.
