Cric Scorer Pro may use third-party advertising and analytics services, including Google AdMob, Firebase, or similar services. These services may collect device information, advertising identifiers, usage data, ad interaction data, crash data, and performance data.
Where required, the app may ask for permission to track your activity for personalized advertising. If you do not allow tracking, you may still see ads, but they may be less personalized.
Premium purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, or the relevant app store payment system. We may receive purchase status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and expiry information to unlock premium features, remove ads, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.
We do not collect or store your payment card number, bank account details, or full billing information.
If you use live scoreboard, tournament sharing, teammate sync, or cloud backup features, match data may be uploaded to our servers so it can be shared, viewed, or synced across devices. This may include match names, team names, player names, scores, statistics, images, schedules, and tournament details.
Any public link you create or share may be visible to anyone who has access to that link.
Cric Scorer Pro allows you to connect your own YouTube channel and, when you choose, use YouTube API Services to create and manage live cricket broadcasts on that channel. Google authorization is optional and is initiated only when you choose to connect YouTube.
Depending on the permissions required for the feature, Cric Scorer Pro may access YouTube/Google data such as your channel identity, channel name, authorization status, live broadcast and live stream identifiers, broadcast settings, and OAuth tokens needed to perform the actions you request. We use this information only to provide user-facing YouTube functionality, such as connecting your channel, creating a live broadcast, configuring a stream, starting or stopping a broadcast, and displaying connection or broadcast status inside Cric Scorer Pro.
Cric Scorer Pro does not collect or store your Google password. Authentication is handled by Google. OAuth access and refresh tokens may be stored securely on our servers when necessary to keep your YouTube connection working and to perform authorized live-streaming actions on your behalf. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for personalized advertising.
Cric Scorer Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
You may disconnect or revoke Cric Scorer Pro's Google/YouTube access at any time through your Google Account's connected-app settings. After access is revoked, we will no longer be able to perform new YouTube actions on your behalf. You may also contact us to request deletion of Google/YouTube authorization data held by Cric Scorer Pro.
Cric Scorer Pro may allow you to connect your Facebook account and select a Facebook Page that you manage so you can start and manage Facebook Live broadcasts from the app. Facebook authorization is optional and is initiated only when you choose to connect Facebook.
Depending on the permissions you approve and the features you use, Cric Scorer Pro may receive information such as your Facebook account identifier, Page identifiers and names, the Pages available to your account, granted permissions, access tokens, live-video or broadcast identifiers, and broadcast status or configuration information. We use this information only to provide the Facebook Live features that you request.
Cric Scorer Pro does not collect or store your Facebook password. Authentication is handled by Meta/Facebook. Access tokens may be stored securely when needed to maintain your connection and perform authorized live-streaming actions on the Facebook Page(s) you select. We do not sell Facebook account or Page data.
When you choose Facebook as a live destination, your live video, audio, score overlays, match information, and stream metadata may be transmitted to Meta/Facebook for publication according to your selected Facebook Page and broadcast settings. Meta may process this information under its own Privacy Policy and platform terms.
You may disconnect Cric Scorer Pro from Facebook or remove its permissions through your Facebook settings. After access is revoked, we will no longer be able to perform new Facebook actions on your behalf. You may also contact us to request deletion of Facebook authorization data held by Cric Scorer Pro.
When you choose to live stream, Cric Scorer Pro may process camera video, microphone audio, score overlays, match information, stream identifiers, destination settings, and technical diagnostics needed to start, relay, monitor, troubleshoot, secure, and end the broadcast. Depending on the destination you select, this information may pass through our streaming servers, relay/CDN providers, and third-party platforms such as YouTube or Facebook/Meta.
Live video and audio may be temporarily buffered, relayed, recorded, or retained where needed to provide features you request, such as replay, highlights, diagnostics, abuse investigation, or recovery from technical failures. Retention depends on the feature used and operational, safety, legal, and storage requirements. Public live links may be accessible to anyone who has the link unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.
We may process live-stream quality and reliability information such as resolution, frame rate, bitrate, connection state, timestamps, session duration, node/relay assignment, destination status, error codes, app/device version, and coarse network diagnostics. We use this information to operate the service, calculate live usage where applicable, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not need your precise GPS location to provide live streaming.
Live streams, audio, scorecards, team/player information, images, highlights, match news, and other material submitted or broadcast by users may be user-generated content. Viewers can use available reporting tools to flag content that may violate our Terms or safety rules.
A report may include the reported live or match identifier, the reason selected by the reporter, optional details, time of the report, app/platform information, and limited technical or anti-abuse data. For public web reports, we may store a one-way hash derived from network information to help rate-limit spam reports without retaining the raw address in the report record. We use reports to review safety concerns, enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, respond to legal obligations, and improve our moderation systems.
Where a viewer chooses to hide or block a broadcaster/content source, that preference may be stored on the device or account so the same source is not shown again. We may preserve moderation records for a reasonable period even after content is removed when needed for repeat-abuse prevention, appeals, security, or legal compliance.
Live streaming depends on devices, internet connections, servers, CDNs/relays, and third-party platforms. When a stream fails or degrades, we may use technical logs and session metadata to diagnose whether the issue involved connectivity, device thermal/performance limits, our service, or a connected platform. These diagnostics are used for support, reliability, fraud prevention, and service operation and are not used to listen to or analyze live audio for advertising purposes.
We may use Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, or similar services to send notifications about matches, schedules, live scores, app updates, premium features, reminders, or important account activity. You can turn off notifications at any time from your device settings.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account or premium access, support sync/live-score features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and improve the app.
Match data stored locally on your device may remain until you delete it from the app or uninstall the app. Data synced to our servers may remain until you request deletion or delete it through available app features.
Android waitlist information may be kept until testing access or the public release has been communicated, after which it may be removed or retained only as needed to record consent, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
OAuth access or refresh tokens and connected-platform identifiers for YouTube/Google or Facebook/Meta may be retained while your account remains connected and for a limited period afterward when reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. If you revoke access, disconnect the service, or request deletion, we will stop using those credentials for new platform actions and will delete or de-identify data where required and reasonably possible, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
