Deepak Charan’s blazing 64 powers BA History Honours home

Deepak Charan produced a spectacular hitting display as BA History Honours chased down BA Geography Honours’ 100-2 in just 7.2 overs, completing a nine-wicket victory in the 10-over contest. Charan, named Player of the Match, smashed 64 from 26 balls, striking five fours and five sixes. His explosive innings set the tone for a chase that gathered momentum immediately and finished with plenty of deliveries to spare. Geography Honours had earlier posted 100-2 from their allotted 10 overs. Nitish led their scoring with a brisk 49 off 17 balls, including four fours and four sixes, while Karthik contributed 30 from 21 deliveries with four boundaries. Ranjan was Geography Honours’ most effective bowler, taking one wicket for 12 runs in his single over. For History Honours, Kunal claimed 1-15 from two overs and Yash returned 1-23 from three. But the target proved no match for Charan’s assault, as BA History Honours reached 104-1 in 7.2 overs to seal the contest.
