Amit’s 114 Powers Ashwani to Commanding Win

Amit produced a spectacular 114 from 53 balls as Ashwani Cricket Academy overwhelmed Cambridge Cricket Academy by 119 runs in a high-scoring 20-over contest. His innings featured 14 fours and three sixes, setting the platform for a formidable total of 243-1. Amit’s strike-heavy display gave Ashwani complete control, while Rehen Das Gupta added a rapid 83 from 36 deliveries. Rehen struck six sixes and six fours, maintaining the pressure through the middle and closing stages as Ashwani finished with just one wicket down. Cambridge were unable to match the required tempo during their chase, reaching 124-6 in 20 overs. Rama top-scored with 41 from 32 balls, including five fours, but the innings lacked the sustained acceleration needed against Ashwani’s imposing total. Rehen Das Gupta also made a significant impact with the ball, claiming 2-15 from four overs. Sourav contributed 1-18 in his four-over spell, while Cambridge’s Kaushal took 1-51. Amit was named Player of the Match for his outstanding all-round contribution, as Ashwani Cricket Academy completed a decisive victory.
