Babla S and Munna Maical launch a blistering reply after Takra post a formidable total
Takra vs Rafiganj
Rafiganj has won the match by 9 wickets
Rafiganj produced a commanding batting display to chase down Takra’s 135-2 in just eight overs of the 10-over contest. Their 137-1 finish was built on relentless strokeplay and an emphatic nine-wicket victory.
Babla S led the charge with a superb 66 from 23 balls, striking one four and eight sixes. His innings provided the early momentum, while Munna Maical kept the pressure on with an unbeaten-looking assault of 62 from 22 deliveries, including one four and seven sixes.
Maical was named Player of the Match for his explosive contribution and also made an impact with the ball, claiming one wicket for 28 runs from two overs. Harsh also took a wicket for Rafiganj, though his four overs cost 57 runs in a high-scoring contest.
Takra had earlier posted 135-2, with Amarjeet Kumar top-scoring with 58 from 23 balls. He hit one four and six sixes, but the total proved insufficient against Rafiganj’s extraordinary scoring rate. Anil was Takra’s leading bowler, taking one wicket for 28 runs in two overs, yet Rafiganj’s chase remained firmly under control.
