Babla S and Munna Maical power Rafiganj past Takra

Rafiganj produced a ruthless batting display to chase down Takra’s 136-run target, reaching 137 for one in just eight overs. The nine-wicket victory was built on a rapid response to Takra’s 135 for two from the full 10 overs. Babla S set the tempo with an unbeaten 66 from 23 balls, striking one four and eight sixes. Munna Maical matched the aggression, making 62 from 22 deliveries with one four and seven sixes. Together, their scoring ensured Rafiganj never allowed the asking rate to become a concern. Munna’s contribution was decisive at both ends. Alongside his explosive innings, he claimed one wicket for 28 runs from two overs, earning the Player of the Match award. Harsh also took one wicket for Rafiganj, though his four overs cost 57 runs in a demanding spell. Takra’s innings featured a strong individual effort from Amarjeet Kumar, who struck 58 from 23 balls, including one four and six sixes. Anil was Takra’s most successful bowler with one wicket for 28 runs in two overs, but the team could not contain Rafiganj’s outstanding chase. The result underlined the visitors’ commanding power in the shortened format.
